The market for management jobs in the fields of telecommunications, product development, employee benefits, and managed care has a positive outlook. The market for managers in personnel, labor relations, and property and real estate management are expected to remain competitive.

Management salaries vary greatly depending on company size and level of responsibility. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the average starting salary range for bachelor’s degree candidates is $50,000. Annual compensation for employees with six years or more of experience ranges from $54,000 to $80,000.
