Michael Francesco Alioto is adjunct professor of Marketing at Walsh. He teaches courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in marketing research, consumer insights, global research, political science, qualitative methods, and quantitative applications. He also teaches in the DBA and DM doctoral programs where he has responsibilities for the research methods courses.
Alioto is a consultant for Global 1000 companies on the agency side of the business and has worked in the automotive, manufacturing, and telecommunication sectors. He has been involved in product and services development, branding, and marketing studies from both a qualitative and quantitative standpoint. Alioto has specialized in the global and multicultural areas with experience in 20 countries across four continents, as well as working with the applications of behavioral approaches and methods to marketing and marketing research problems.
He is a frequent speaker at American Marketing Association (AMA) and ESOMAR conferences where a number of his works have been published. He contributed to the edited books, ESOMAR: Excellence in International Research (years 2002-2004, where his papers were nominated for the Best Paper Award). Alioto also presented frequently at the ESOMAR Latin American and Qualitative Conferences, as well as at various ESOMAR Congress around the globe. He has also contributed works to various American Marketing Association Conferences and has been published in the AMA Marketing News, Alert Magazine, Survey Magazine, and ESOMAR RW Connect. Alioto is a member of the AMA, ESOMAR, and the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology and the Life Sciences.
Alioto’s applied and academic research interests include the humanization of marketing research, behavioral economics, non-linear complexity modeling, the psychological framework of the consumer, regime change in Southern Europe and Latin America, European coalition government formation, and globalization.
He specializes in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a main focus on the comparative method, formal logical theory/game theory, ethnographies/anthropological methods, causal analysis, and theory building.

Joseph R. Corace has spent over 30 years as a business strategist and corporate architect serving large and small business entities. Known for organizational leadership, strategic planning and business development, his expertise also encompasses performance improvement, P/L management, merger and acquisitions, marketing and startup and turnaround operations.

As part of Ford’s D-Ford human centered design group, Professor McCracken conducts research to gain insight into customer wants needs for future Ford and Lincoln products in North America, Europe, South America, Asia, and other markets.
Before joining Ford, he was a senior vice president for consumer insights and strategy at Young & Rubicam Advertising. Professor McCracken’s experience also includes launching the Visteon corporate brand identity across seven countries and directing the communication launch strategy for the MGM Grand Casino.

Dr. Philip L. Fioravante is a well-rounded business executive as well as a seasoned academic as he has constructed and taught Graduate and Doctoral level business classes (marketing and management) for over twenty years at Walsh (Troy, MI). In addition, he is a Visiting Scholar at The College of Engineering – Michigan State University.
Dr. Fioravante has extensive private equity experience and has had responsibility as Chairman, President, CEO, and a Board Member of several US and International companies. He has participated in launching two startup firms has participated in over a dozen mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Fioravante has widespread experience developing proprietary approaches in both market and product development. Moreover, he has a copyright on a Marketing Toolkit© which has been adopted by several domestic and international technology-based firms.
During his over thirty-eight years in business, Dr. Fioravante has mentored several young associates and he is very involved with philanthropic initiatives, including Board-level Foundation work. He has been a guest speaker and panel member at many industry and educational sessions on an international level, including as the keynote speaker.
In addition, he has published several peer reviewed articles and a book in the areas of corporate philanthropy, the value proposition in strategic philanthropy and most recently, Shepherd Leadership. Dr. Fioravante also was granted an Executive Scholar Certification at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

Elizabeth-Ann Pandzich currently works at Microsoft as the Marketing Manager, managing and supporting all marketing efforts throughout the Great Lakes Region. Previously, she was an Account Director at Airfoil, a marketing and communication agency based in Royal Oak, Michigan, where she planned and implemented strategic communication plans for clients such as Microsoft, Delphi, Faurecia, and TechSmith.
Elizabeth-Ann is a PhD student at Wayne State University with a focus on organizational communication. Currently her studies focus on stereotypes within the workplace, and specifically how popular culture and media may play a role in perpetuating these stereotypes. She’s also working on a group research project studying the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Detroit, and how various organizations play a role in developing burgeoning businesses in the region.

William Fisher is currently the President & CEO of National Research Company. Headquartered in Chesterfield, MI; National Research Company is an organization which manufactures, supplies, and processes a wide range of diamond and superabrasive products within a number of industries around the world. Responsibilities include a range of functions including the oversight of supply chain and materials procurement, sales and marketing, as well as general organizational management. Additionally, Fisher oversees a sales team based in four facilities spread over three continents.
Further, Fisher is a principle owner of Exsolve, LLC and Torrent Properties, LLC. Exsolve is a metal products recovery firm which specializes in high value metal reclamation from a number of industrial waste streams. Torrent Properties is a commercial and residential property management firm which participates within strategic acquisitions throughout a variety of regions.
Immediately prior to his position at National Research, Fisher operated a consulting business called Torrent Services where he worked with clients on a number of issues ranging from corporate communication to organizational sustainability. Included within this set were a number of Fortune 500 Companies, Tier One Suppliers, and National Corporate Foundations. Notably during this time, Fisher led the team responsible for securing the largest ever corporate grant awarded to a local organization.
Prior to his role as a consultant, Fisher held a number of other management roles in the sales and marketing arena. He spent a number of years at Detroit based PVS Chemicals where he held roles of Executive Advisor, Director of Communication, and Marketing Manager. He also worked for WFI Contracting where he was Business Development Manager, as well as, Graff Chevrolet as the Marketing Manager. Further, he has extensive experience serving as Director on a number of boards including the Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association, Michigan Chemistry Council, Sweet Dreamzzz, Campfire USA, and Michigan Security Network. This is in addition to his time on a number of other organizational committees and sub-board positions.
In addition to his professional career, Fisher has maintained a presence within the academic world as an adjunct professor since 2009. During this time, he has developed and instructed a number of courses within the business, marketing, management, and communications disciplines. Fisher is also a licensed Michigan Builder and had attained his Top-Secret Security Clearance from the Department of Homeland Security.
Bill currently resides in the Detroit Metro area where he lives with his wife, along with his three children.
